Hi there! That's me, my name is Delaney and I'm 25 years old. I got my undergraduate degree in photography from the University of Alabama and my masters degree from Grand Canyon University. I taught myself how to take pictures from a young age and have always found people telling me I had an "eye for it". I've always thought of photography as one of my favorite hobbies but never thought it was possible to combine what I love into a career. I understand that we only have one life to live and if photography is something I love and feel passionate about, I should follow my dreams. So this is me doing that. Welcome to my website, I hope you enjoy my photos as much as I enjoy taking them!
A little bit about me..
I believe when I was around 10 years old I started taking pictures. For as long as I can remember, I have seen the world in an artistic fashion and found beauty in the oddest of places. Although I had always enjoyed art such as painting or drawing, I wanted to truly capture the beauty I saw in my head somehow, so I turned to photography. I never had much formal photography training until high school. I took a 35mm photography class which included developing our own photos among learning the basics of aperture and shutter speed. Now that I have attended school for photography, I have learned and found many ways to improve my photography. Life truly is a learning experience, and I want to get the most knowledge possible!
